KYC for wallet - No strict KYC rules
We do not request KYC verification from users for a decentralized private use on Voyallet wallet. You can receive and send a limitless amount from one cryptocurrency wallet to another. Either receiving from external wallets or sending from your Voyallet wallet to external wallet addresses.
KYC for Voyallet debit card use
You can order for a Voyallet debit card worldwide and start using instantly without KYC. We request for KYC documentation if your deposit is above $200,000 so as to curb money laundering.
KYC for bank withdrawal
This is a strict policy to request KYC from customers withdrawing above $50,000 USD to a bank account. For USA banks, KYC is required for any withdrawal above $9,000 USD.

How long does it take for Voyallet debit card delivery?

What is the minimum Voyallet debit card withdrawal?

Username can be changed
Yes, you can change your username anytime. It will be reflected all through your wallet. Go to settings, click on your profile. Then scroll down to change your username. You can check history of your username change also.
